I highly recommend PT Bumi Tirta Abadi for housing projects big and small. We have been satisfied customers since 2018 having turned to Jim Monaghan and his team for multiple projects. Our first experience with PT Bumi Tirta Abadi was to make emergency waterproofing repairs to our relatively new beach home. Since the house was built, we suffered from water infiltration that damaged the walls, electrical circuits, and paint. As a flat-roofed house in rain-prone Bali, we were seeing our investment quickly deteriorate. This is the company’s specialty area and they came in with a comprehensive plan to ensure proper drainage and a solid waterproof seal Jim also identified how an improperly build brick cladding was retaining water on interior walls. The work was done quickly and professionally. We live on a compound with ten other similarly designed houses, and the quality of our roof work is still clearly visible. Having been so pleased with PT Bumi Tirta Abadi’s waterproofing work, we turned to them for several remodeling projects. They have helped us through the design and remodeling of two bathrooms, retiling all our exterior balconies, and designing a unique glass seawall that is resistant to wave damage.
